We are looking for volunteer staff work with us at the event!

JAWS DAYS 2018 is looking for volunteer staff who can participate in event management.
Events are conducted through planning, preparation, and management by community volunteers, except for some operations.
This year, we expect more than 1,000 participants from all over the country. Therefore, we need a lot of event staff.

Conditions

• Love AWS, community and warm up the event.
• Contribute to the event in actively.
• Join the event at their own expense. (We will not pay a fee of besides travelling expenses or monetary benefit.)

Volunteers' content

• Handing out lunch box to participants and clearing away them.
• Induction of participants
• Reception at entrance
• Supports non-Japanese speakers (mainly in English)
• Managing session time on each track
• Find and share issues with other members
• Clean up the venue

We're dividing up event management tasks with our members. Fulfilling shared functions from the event core team is essential, moreover, discover the problems and work voluntarily under the aim of running JAWS DAYS more fun and smoothly.
