  • You may fill out the questionnaire for Personal Supporters after completing your application, but please submit it by Wednesday, December 31.

  • We have provided an option within the questionnaire for General Participants / Personal Supporters, so if you can cooperate, please select it.

Notes Regarding Event Application

• After entering the pre-event questionnaire, the next screen will display “You have not purchased a ticket yet.” Click “Pay Now” on the right-hand side to move to the payment screen. Please complete your payment there. If payment is not made within 24 hours, your application will be canceled and you will not be able to attend.
• The same applies if you move up from the waiting list. If payment is not made within 24 hours after moving up, your application will be canceled. If you join the waiting list, please be careful not to miss the notification.
• Participation fees paid in advance are non-refundable in case of cancellation. Thank you for your understanding.

Registration Deadline

• Advance payment of the participation fee is available until 10:00 AM on Friday, March 6.
  • This is merely the final deadline for the system to accept applications. Please be sure to check the policy in “Notes Regarding Event Application” regarding payment after application.
• On-site registration and on-site payment will not be available for JAWS DAYS 2026.

Handling of Personal Information

• Personal information obtained as necessary for event operation will be properly managed in accordance with the law, with the JAWS DAYS 2026 Executive Committee as the information management officer.
• Please check the “Privacy Policy” on the official site for details.
  

Other Information

• The participation fee (¥2,000 tax included) applies to high school students and older. Junior high school students and younger are free but must be accompanied by a guardian. Please notify the reception on the event day.
• If you need a receipt for the participation fee (¥2,000 tax included), please download it from
  Doorkeeper > Application Confirmation > View Receipt Data.
• The participation fee is fixed regardless of whether you join the social gathering.
• Except for certain sessions such as hands-on workshops, entries will not be taken per session. Please take an available seat starting from the front. For sessions or programs requiring pre-registration, information will be posted on the Official Website and the Official Facebook once details are finalized.
• Tickets are non-refundable. Please carefully check the event date, venue, and all other details before purchasing.
• For participants under 20: Drinking alcohol under the age of 20 is prohibited by the “Minor Drinking Prohibition Act.” JAWS DAYS will not serve alcohol to anyone under 20 for any reason. Anyone under 20 attempting to drink against this rule will be immediately denied participation, so please be aware.
• You may generally share slides shown in sessions on social media; however, if a speaker clearly marks certain pages as “Do Not Share,” please refrain from posting them.
• Please take home any trash other than the lunch provided at JAWS DAYS.
